This place is excellent, and I hate going g to the doctors office let alone an emergency room. This place is clean , efficient and the staff seem to enjoy their jobs which resonates to the the patients. It is a one stop shop for medical and dental emergencies, and I hate going to the dentist more than the docs but this place has top notch dental facilities and staff. Id easily say the best dental care ive ever received by far.

They don't do second opinions so dismissive. My son has been sick for two months straight and they couldn't even give me piece of mind. The "providers" just don't care. I just needed them to assure me he was clear. I have never been more disgusted with "doctors" who are here to help. Just go somewhere else. Certainly don't bring your children here. They couldn't be bothered to check or help.

Usually I don't have a bad experience here but I got one doctor who prescribed me something that I expressed I had a bad reaction to. She insisted that her "hand were tied" and even suggested that if I needed anything more to "look on the streets for heroin or fentanyl". Out of desperation for my pain to end I followed her instructions exactly, taking the medicine as soon as I received it and nearly immediately had a bad reaction and was carted to the ER because of that choice. I go here because I can afford it and typically the staff is nice and able to find me ways to get better or manage until I can see a more direct provider. This doctor, I wanna say Robin Smith or something close to, was rude, unprofessional, and equated my vomit-inducing, dizzying pain to a mere menstrual cycle that I wasn't handling well. When I expressed concerns that had originally pushed me to go to the doctors, all she said was essentially that I was wasting time and shouldn't go to the ER. She insisted I needed to wait another 2 weeks in this pain and suffering before I should seek help again and didn't attempt anything to examine or help. I'm still suffering side effects from the medicine she prescribe

This is actually a really good location. Most of the staff here is pretty awesome! I'm a bit biased because the X-ray tech that's working there she's amazing literally the woman of my dreams! I can't be too critical of this location because that wonderful woman is there but I can tell you this much do a pretty dang good job of taking care of their employees and I know for a fact that the employees do a really good job of taking care of the clientele. 1 important thing of note don't go in the hour before they close and expect to get seen this is just not the case the staff here do what they can but they have to do it within a time period that they can get everything taken care of for that clientele before the location closes. They don't get to stay open as long as they want to taking care of the patient past closing. They do have rare instances that in particular emergencies they will stick it out a little bit longer to make sure that the patient is taken care of and is no longer in a dire situation. But typical situations to require for emergency care they are immediately redirected to the emergency room that's literally across the street at the valley hospital.
